Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the terms governing refunds and cancellations for donations made to our charitable organization.

1. Donations

All donations made to the organization are voluntary. Once a donation is processed, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.

2. Duplicate / Erroneous Transactions

In case of duplicate payments or erroneous transactions, donors may contact us within 7 working days with valid proof. Refunds, if approved, will be processed through the original payment method.

3. Processing Time

Approved refunds may take 7–10 working days to reflect in the donor’s account, depending on the payment gateway and bank policies.

4. Tax Exemption

Once a donation receipt under section 80G has been issued, the donation shall not be eligible for refund.

5. Cancellation of Donation

As donations are made voluntarily for charitable purposes, cancellation of donations is not permitted after successful payment.
